Domini and Peaches Kemp are attractive, funny, smart girls. In addition to their popular bagel empire, the Kemp sisters are restaurateurs, food critics, champion golfers and international showjumpers. (Only a slight exaggeration.) This tiny place in Sandymount is their mothership. It’s where flavours are tossed about with elegant determination, and where groups of women start singing after dinner. It’s where the staff of The Dubliner go to wind down. It’s where PRs, Republicans, journalists and bus conductors come to eat casually, among friends. Go for dinner on a Tuesday, or for Sunday brunch after a walk along the South Wall. Come in a group, or aim to make friends. It’s a blast.

Very disappointed with this restaurant. Had one good experience-had the steak and it was lovely. Went back again and had the steak but it was really tough and stringy. Went another time and my burger was served blue! I had to send it back twice for it to be safe to eat and didn't get any apology.

I ate here last weekend with a group of friends who have been raving about it for months. Generally we tend to eat in city ctr locations to suit everyone but this was worth the trip. The staff were lovely - engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. And the food was fantastic! We couldn't have asked for more. We'll definitely be making the trip again soon.
